Members renew and sign online through the range’s own account; the roster always knows who is current; the signed record is on file. The range owns its data and its money throughout.
Dues paid
Members renew online through the range's own account, or by cheque at the counter, recorded the same way. Reminders go out by one click or on a schedule.
Waivers signed
Every signature is bound to the exact document version signed. New version, new signatures; the old record never moves.

The roster knows who is current, who is blocked, and why — in a sentence. Lapse and you're off the list; renew and you're back.
