Today is a queue, not a dashboard.
Sign in and the screen says what needs you, in sentences: three applications waiting, nine who haven’t renewed, a member turning 18 next week. Each one is a button. When nothing needs you, it says so — “52 members, all current” — which is the sentence you’ve been waiting years to read.

Everyone by term end — renewed, due, overdue — with the year’s take at the top. Reminders go out by one click, or on a schedule you turn on. Automation is off until you say otherwise, and the Today screen reminds you that chasing renewals is still on you until you flip it.

A member signs in and sees exactly what your roster sees: paid through when, what still needs a signature, and one button to renew. Card payments go through your own Stripe; a note to pay at the counter works exactly as it always has. Then they sign whatever is outstanding, once.

Signatures bound to the version, not to a file.
Every document you publish is frozen and hashed. Every signature binds to that exact version. Change a rule, publish v4, and members acknowledge v4 — while v3 and every signature on it stay exactly as they were. When your carrier asks who signed what, the answer is a fact, not a filing cabinet.
